Since today morning, Airtel has started sending me SMS 'Thank You for downloading MP3 using Airtel WAP service. You have been charged 15 Rs'. I received 15 such SMS in matter of half an hour. More than 300 Rs were deducted today for services I never used. At present, to avoid my account to become zero, I had to switched off my mobile phone.
I called up Airtel customer care from Airtel showroom and have asked for a complain number, but the lady denied me a complaint number stating that their system is down. Can someone please help?

Airtel — duduction of amount from my account
I have subscrided airtel online service facility on march 15th-08. and on march 16th -08 i had send one msg "AO CNCL" on 222 . But as of now my online service is still in operation and regularly from march onwards rs [protected]@day is been deducted from my account. On may 4th I contacted airtel customer care people they ensured me that upto 15th may this service will be deactivated from my cell and the amount from 4th of may to 15th of may will be reimburesed to my account .. but as of now nothing has happened ..They have also registered my complaint twice and have also given me the complaint code i.e.[protected] &[protected].Airtel being such a brand name in this country, I was never expecting such type of problem.. From past 6 years i am using airtel service and it were good but due to this incidence i have completely lost my faith on airtel...
