Airtel - Mobile Phone Service — add on services without my knowledge

sir,
i am fed up with the airtel bcoz they keep activating unwanted add on services on my mobile no. and charge me for it with out my knowledge. when i call these people they simple dont agree and tell me that i have activate them and when i ask them to give me written proof or transfer my call to supervisor they simple disconnect it .and it has not happened once or twice i hvlost the count now. i feel looted by these people.please help me regarding tht.
