[Resolved] Airtel Mobile Postpaid — bill plan not changed | |||
HI, My mobile no. is [protected], I contact to airtel's customer care department in last week of september 2012, and he committed that my bill plan will be changed from next billing cycle i.e. from 2nd october 2012 but when I called today to customer care they told me bill plan not changed yet for that first you have to submit a request of deactivation of gprs then after four hours you have to again submit a request for changing the bill plan, if it is so I should be informed in the last call and at the time of commitment. I,ve to bear the loss of 7 days of bill plan not changed. And airtel's customer care department harassing me by not giving the proper information.
