Dear Sir One of your executive name Neha called me on [protected] from mob no-[protected] and [protected] for a new postpaid connection on Zero Rental. i am agree as per discussion and she send one guy with a airtel form which is to be filled by me for new connection. I filled the form and provide the required doc. with an amount of Rs 700 which is activation charges.and get a confirmation call from Neha([protected] ) that she got the payment with required doc. Now she is still not provide me new connection. i tried to call on the given mobile no but she is not picking the call. Our company name is MEG FootWear (P) Ltd. we have paid our payment on 13.01.2010 by cheque. Till now it has not been cleared but in airtel office they are telling that we have not paid our payment till now. So the details are given below for your information.

Someone by the name Neha as called me with a plan saying it will be a zero rental plan with 30 paise local all network and 1 rupee std. I have filled all forms and paid RS 700 to the guy who came to my place to collect the money. This plan was suppose to be activated on my existing no within 2 days but nothing of that sort have happened till now its been 5 days now. I tried calling her no# [protected] but she is not answering the call.
Please look into the matter and sort this issue as soon as possible.
