[Resolved]  Airtel Mobile Postpaid — unnecessary late fees by airtel

I had given a written complaint for disconnection of the no [protected] for which they had told me to give a written letter. i did so in their gurgaon office. on no action i had written on the email for which they responded. I told their representative to get in touch with me to settle the amount but the did not call.
I requested to tell me the amt of the call and not the late fees as no action from them is not my fault. they refused to give me the details. dissappointment on their service

Bharti Airtel Limited, — outstanding dues

Dear Sir,

I am kotgi basavaraja, working with privite company in gurgaon, haryana. I was using airtel number of [protected] and [protected].

My main problem from last one year that, in the april 2008 bill, they were added 75/- as late fee after that, i have contacted airtel outlet for the clarification, they denied to give any justification.
After that, I have paid only the actual amount used by me. Next month onwards, they keep on adding the late fee till april 2009. in this period I have mailed to cust care centre for resolving the query, but every time i was receiving the mail that, "we are not able to solve your query". I had all the commincation with airtel from last one year. In april 2009 again I have approched to solve this problem, but they did not turned to listen what i am going to say. then i have decided to discontinue the connection, at that time they are asking me to pay all the over due amount, which i am responsible for the late fee payments from last oneyear ( approx 12x75=900/- and monthly rent of 300/ - (300x3= 900/- for 3 months (Nov 2008 to Feb 2009)).
Earlier my plan was corporate 699/- plan, this was completed in the month of oct 2008. And suddenly they started charging me 300/- PM rent without giving any notice or call to me or getting a customer opinion. They did not cooperated me at all for the settlement of the account.

Now I have received a letter from the airtel; that, they are going to legal proceeding. Some times they used to threat by raising the big voice.

I need your help to sort out this problem once for all. I had paid all the amount of calls used by me. they are asking me, pay the unnessary late fee amount.I have maintained all the communcation details with airtel.
