Airtel Mobile Prepaid — Money deduction without prior consent | |||
Money deduction with out prior consent I did not request to Airte for any service but Airtel sent me a sms on 10/06/2012 at 11.41.20 Am regarding hello tune service and after few second Airtel send a messages regarding hallo tunes service charge Rs.60/- for 90 days activation and then money is getting deduced from account. While calling to the customer service either they are disconnecting the number or not attending. My mobile number is [protected]. I feel very bad to see such a irresponsible behavior from airtel and I am sure that if they could do this to me they can cheat thousands of poor and illiterate people in India... On 25/2/2011, at 06:16 am I received a message saying,"Cricket BSNL Alerts is active. Rs. 30 per month" and this amount has been deducted from my account whereas I have never requested for any services. I tried to call customer care at [protected] to ask to deactivate and refund but I get only prerecorded advertisement.
Can the concerned authorities please refund the amount and make sure not to activate automatically any services in future.
