[Resolved] Airtel Mobile SIM Card — Airtel is taking money from my balance without asking me

Sir ,
Am anilkumar kv, an airtel sim holder for more than 2 year. Am using my no. [protected]. Nowadays they(airtel) are simply activating hellotunes, cricket score update services, jokes services to my no. & taking money from my account without my knowledge. Twice i complainted the customer service centre and got my money back telling that they will not make such a mistake in future. But still they are activating some services to my no. without asking permission from me & withdrawing money from my account. Am a postgraduate degree holder . I can complaint to custemer service centre & can get my money back.Even my case is so then what about for the poor & uneducated customer of airtel . Please take this complaint seriously and solve it for me and our fellowbeings.

I am using AIRTEL SIM card [protected].TWO times i request to 121, 198, to stop service 1. cricket pack, 2. devon astrology. this is without my permission.but they are not teking action. still they are teking money from my sim card. I DONT WANT ANY SERVICE. please take action for this

I am using airtel more than 5 years [protected]. I never activated any services or using any services but they are taking money without my permissions. They are not giving money back. Please do necessary actions.
