AIRTEL/Mobile — Money deducted from my account
My mobile service provider is airtel india and from Vapi(Gujarat) location. On saturday 31.01.09, executive from airtel called me for hello tune and told it is free for one month and from there Rs 45 would be charged to avail th service. I did not accepted the offer but the service is automatically subscribed to my mobile number. However i never made a request regarding activating hello tune and a random song is also selected for hello tune. In the same day evening I deactivated the service from the toll free number.When i contacted airtel people, they are not paying attention on this issue simply saying that it is your mistake: "you do what u can do". Rs 30/- is deducted from my account balance.
This is really bad.

I would like to bring to your notice certain problems that I have been facing with the Airtel service since the past some months.
1. Around 5-6 months back I refilled my account twice with the local retailer each time for a sum of around Rs. 350. I had to pay for the money although my account was not refilled on the pretext that it's the Company's fault and not the shopkeeper's fault. I tried to get the issue resolved with the Airtel office at Andheri-Kurla road made several visits and phone calls to the office but to no vain my problem was not solved. Here I lost nearly Rs. 700. You should be able to get these records in your complaint history logs.
2. Yesterday I refilled my account through online banking through ICICI Bank for Rs. 300. But again my account has not been refilled.
Hence I incurred a total loss of Rs. 1000 so far.
I have bought this notice to your executives through customer care service but unfortunately the conversation gets turned off every time.
I sincerely request to you to look into this matter at your earliest and resolve my issues failing which I will be forced to switch on to another service.

AirTel — Money deducted without Downloading
Sir/madami am a airtel prepaid user and i m using net on phone service on airtel and my number is [protected]. I downloaded harry poter game on my phone from airtel service in the date of 16 july but game did not download on my phone and 99Rs Was deducted from my phone by airtel. I complained about this on airtel customer service and they said to me that ur money or game will be returned til 20 july (1:30PM) and they wrote my complain in the date of 16 july and they gave me complain refrence num. [protected] but til after 20 july(1:30PM) nothing happened so again i called and asked about this but they said to me that ur complain will be completed til 20 july(12:30AM) but again nothing happened
so i called again and they said to me that ur complain will be completed but nothing is being done by them so i request to u plz help me.

Airtel — deducted money from my account
i am very unhappy with airtel services they deducted 10 Rs from my account today tha is oct 2nd 2010 at 7.20pm for celebyoga subscription but i never ever subscribe so without any reason how airtel can deduct money from my account .this is the 7th time they did this to me .so if airtel keep doing this then i will assure you that i will definitely delete my airtel prepaid card.my number is [protected].i want airtel credit my 10rs to my account as well as money for which i talk to you because you are the people who create this problem to me .Airtel — Money deducted from my recharge amount

Net Recharge from my Kotak Net Banking. My balance is getting deducted twice.

dear siri have subscribed the airtel msg plans from my cell of rs 74..for that they have deducted the money from my balance on 28th of aug. untill they haven't subscribed the plan..then i complained about it in customer care..then filed my complain..and my request reference no is CBNRA[protected]...untill i haven't get the plan for which my money was deducted...and now they are not making my call to customer care also.....

AirTel — Money deducted and mobile not recharged
I tried to recharge my mobile-[protected] for Rs. 100 on 16/04/2012 online from airtel's official wesite. The money was deducted from my account and the mobile was not recharged. It is now more than a week and there is no response from airtel customer service.
