[Resolved] Airtel — No Service/SIM Registration Failed | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam I have been encountering this problem with the postpaid connection of Airtel and my cell no is [protected] , I contacted the customer care from my landline and the peson kept me on hold for almost 25 min and did not come back to me I am really upset with this service provider and I have made my payments on time and I nota defaulter as of date I need to make emergency calls at certain time emergence because of senior citizen in my home of the age of 78 yrs and 70 yrs , thid not accepted with this promising service provider, could you please rectify the problem/ fix the problem at the earliest and see that this does not happen in future if you wish me to continue with Airtel. you may pease communicate to me at [protected]@yahoo.com this problem Ihave been facin on 18/07/2011 and contacted the customer care on [protected] from my landline and ther is a very por response with no attention.
