Airtel — unnecessary charges gets deducted | |||
respected sir, I hv a complaint about Airtel services. I had changed my card many times. because each time they deduced some amount (unnecessarily) from my main balance. and if you called a customer care, then they keep telling dat "madam u must have activated some sevices dats y its happening" . and if you agreed(even if its not yur mistake ) and if you ask them to deactivate they will never do so.finally we need to quit all mater by throwing the Sim card in dustbin. it happened with my frnds also. AirTel — Un necessary charges deducted
Dear Team,I am again and again calling to your customer care for asking the un nesessary deduction happaning in my prepaid connection. But no solution has been provided. My number is [protected]
The customer care is not giving any satisfactory answer's. I am fad up with the charges. I have not activated any new service and same has been accepted from your call center and they have return back 20 rs in my account but still daily they are deducting 20 rs.
I want a quick solution for it. As i am unable to visit your customer care center many times. I am physically chellenged person. Working in MNC.
Please solve my issue. Rgds
