My Airtel mobile number is: [protected].
It is very regretful to have to observe that since the last one month or more, I have been facing a terrible problem with your AIRTEL connection.
The line gets disconnected even after say 10 seconds, making it irritating & rather impossible to communicate.
And the worst part is - your CustomerCare refuses to note down our complaint on the malicious & phony ground that our instrument is defective. THIS is nothing but only a white lie to make us fool.
I have put Tata/DOCOMO Sim into the same mobile and it works fantastic w/o any disconnection.
SO it evidently proves the dirty policy of your Airtel people.
SO will we have to, being constrained switch/port to Tata DOCOMO retaining our same number; believing that AIRTEL has gone worthless and no use to continue anymore with it?

They have been giving such promises for the last over a month & failed to do anything but blamed our instrument as defective; while as we said - when we replaced AIRTEL SIM to TATA DOCOMO SIM, it worked fantastic without any repeatedly happening disconnection as we had to face with AIRTEL.
This is evidently & purely harassment as it had been let continued by AIRTEL over a month.
