[Resolved]  Airtel — Negligence of service

Dear Sir,

Me and my wife was using airtel corporate connections of mobile and later She wanted to change the ownership of one mobile number to my name(Husband). We approached a Airtel relationship center located at Sanjaynagar Bangalore(Pooja airtel Treasurers) 6th March 2013. They took all the documents and without acknowledgement they hold without processing for one month but they promised to do the process within 24hours. I was in a assumption that they have already changed but when I went to pay the bill I came to know that they have not even started the process.

I had a long discussion with them but they had sorry faces without reasons I warned them and insisted to process. They started and again they promised the same saying that your account name will change within 24hours and before that they will call and inform.

Later without information they have disconnected my number. After I visited the same relationship center, they said its on process thats why they disconnected it will activate in 24 hours. But later as per their instructions I was waited so many times nothing progress happened. I had called customer care 6 times after waiting so many times, but nobody responded with a solution or nobody has given complaint reference number for my acknowledgement.

They have disconnected my number on 10th April '13 and till now (14th April'13 9.45am) its not activated and no confirmation when it will happen.

I am facing lot of difficulty and lost many business calls due to this problem and still facing. This show Airtel pure negligence of customer service and they are least bother about customer. If any one of the employee in airtel still feels that customer is important they will call me and say sorry for the inconvenience and activated the number and confirm the same.

Dear Sir
I would like to inform the "Negligence of Service "offered to me regarding Shifting of my DTH service from Madurai to Chennai.
On 9th April I contacted 12150 regarding shifting.They adviced me to recharge to Rs 500.
On 10th Apr I recharged for the said amount and informed Ms.Sangeetha and Mr Farhan of Cust Care and they provided me the compliant No 2370749.
As your Engineers at Madurai not responded Mr Farhan adviced me to remove the DTH on my own.
On reaching Chennai ,again I reminded the Cust Care ( Ms Anila ) on 12th for installation of my DTH thru service req no 2397138.
At 2.47 pm I am getting an SMS that it has been resolved.
On 13th Apr I called up Cust care ( Ms Lavanya ) and she assured me that DTH will be installed at 6 pm on 13th.
As there is no response I escalated this issue to Mr Mallika Arjun and Mr Rajesh.
Mr Rajesh gave me the complaint No as 2406271 on 13th April.
Sir I want to know when it will be installed at my new address at chennai.
