[Resolved] Airtel — Talk time not Given

Hi,
On 7 Sept at 9:51 PM i have recharged my Airtel number number with Rs 200 and Airtel has not given any talk time. recharge was Successful. When called Customer service, they said it's a Pack recharge and i will not get the talk time for this Rs 200.
It is something 3G pack and even my phone is not 3G compatible. This is a new way of cheating the customer, i am not going to use this pack and i want this recharge to get converted in the talk time. I spoke with CC but no resolution given.
Can you believe Rs 200 is just flat recharge which every one does and how you'll feel if you'll not receive any talk time for that.

this is to inform you that you customer service only apologize but never give any resolution. They twice send the same copy paste email to my that they will convert it to talk time as this is a pack.
I just don't understand if you change anything to a flat rate plan why you don't inform the customer.
I want my talk time back, that's it i have recharge it by Rs 200 so many time and now if you have changed that easy recharge to Pack that your problem not mine..

Hi,
Airtel is really works like thief and always steal your money from you phone. This is ridiculous that you can't provide talk time for the amount Rs 200, which is a flat recharge plan for almost all of the operator. Even i have recharge so many time on this number to get talk time.

What are you saying? What has been Resolved. You have not reverted my Talk time. What resolution are you talking about? This is Really a Airtel Style. Airtel is Really thief and nothing do for the Sake of Customer.

Not a problem, i will CCCORE Consumer Complaint Govt Authority.
