Airtel — Wrongly claim by airtel of exceeding data usage on broadband and speed is reduced | |||
My present plans assures me for speed of 1mbps till 15Gb and then reduces to 256kbps, but I can assure that i have not used 15gb of data and then also my speed is reduced to 256 kbps. I have checked the same with my acct on Airtel site and it states high data uses of approx 13Gb+ on 19th of this month. Which can't be possible as on 19th I had very busy day and returned in late evening and just checked my mails.
