Airtel — night peak recharge benefit not given by airtel

Dear sir.
i have recharge (on this no. [protected]) of night peak with RS 21 on 16 July (0:25)mid-night on your online Site airtel prepaid recharge.
as their show that tha banifit of this recharge is as the call rate of night calling (11pm to 6am) is RS 1 for 20 min. but after this recharge the banifir is not given on my no and and paid me as per second call rate please help me and give me a benifit as shown their....

AirTel — recharge benefit

My ph no.[protected].I have prepaid connection with airtel i recieved one massage from airtel
on[protected]. It was for recharge offer and i recharged my mo.on the same day.but still now i have not
recieved any benefit. I am calling to customer care.I raised lot of complaint but nothing has been done so far. I am requesting u to pls activate this benfit on my mobile.

AirTel — NOT RECHARGE

SIR,
I was topup my mobile no [protected] on 1.11.2009 around 8.30pm for rs. 300/- but the amount credited for only rs. 25/- only. i was shocked and ask the retailer he didn't responded well. i complaint to the customer care no he also didn't care for it. he also not responded well. what was happened to my money? you please advise your retailer not to cheat others. your customer care officers were not eager to receive my complaint. please verify into my mobile no whether the amount was credited or not.

JISKA KI MAINE LABH UTHANE KE LIYE KAI RECHARGE KARWAYE PAR MERA LAST RECHARGE[protected] KO KARWAYA THA JISME KI RECHARGE KE 1 GHANTE KE BAAT MERE SMS FREE HO GAYE THE PER SAAM KO 6 PM KE BAAD MERE MAIN ACCOUNT SE PAYMENT KATNE LAGA.
MAINE ESKE LIYE KAI BAAR CUSTOMER CARE CALL LAGAYA PER KISINE BHI JAWAB THIK SE NAHI DIYA AUR KOI TO MERA CALL DISCONNECT KAR DETA THA. HAR BAAR YAHI KAHTE COMPLENT LIKHTE AUR KUCH NAHI HOTA.
MERA HAR BAAR HAR KAM SMS SE HI HOTA HAI TATHE YE BAND HONE SE ME KAPHI TANAW ME HU.

Airtel — Recharge without any Benefit

Hi

Myself Mutallib Khan pursuing CA at present. Really appreciate your Forum for the kind of services being provided all over India. To add on, the services provided by you are the best way to catch hold of all those culprits who are cheating now and then to people like us.

To move on, I would like to put forward a complaint which is unnoticed by majority o[censored]s. Recently I recharged my airtel mobile number, and in return i dint get any talk-time nor any kind of benefit, i have found this weird because if a customer is not getting any benefit nor the shopkeeper from where i recharged, then who is the Party gaining without providing any service, its non other than India's leading Service provider AIRTEL.

I tried calling customer care many a times, and each of the executive had different answers to my complaint. And finally they told, they cant help if the customer has recharged for a withdrawn plan. OK, if the plan is withdrawn then why don't they reimburse us. This is really freaking, because AIRTEL cannot earn money out of nothing being provided to a customer.

I would let this go because I recharged only for an amount of Rs.45 /- but the shopkeeper's words woke me up when i kiddingly asked him whether i can file a complaint. He told me "This is happening with many customers & no one is coming forward to lodge a complaint, people like you can file a complaint so that there is some action taken against them"

Just assume this happens in every locality, don't you think AIRTEL is eating away crore's of rupees by cheating their own customers who value them so much.

So i kindly request the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to look after this & take necessary action.

Airtel — benefit not credited

Hi , Y'day 14th April-11, I have recharged with Rs.25, assuming that i'll get STD A2A benefit at Re1 for 3 min, Also retailer confirmed the same. Since from y'day i'm getting charged 50p for every minute, I've called Call Center twice, but havent get the Proper answer from them. they said it is activated on your number, but then how come m getting charged at 50p for every minute.

Pls resolve the issue or else i want my money back.

Airtel — Not getting benefits for Certain Recharges

I'm Nandan U D, my Mobile number is [protected], an Airtel Prepaid connection. I had done a e-recharge of Rs. 27 for making all STD calls 40ps/min on 31/12/2011 at 05:54pm and my transaction ID is[protected]. Still now I'm not getting any benefit of the recharge. Whenever I call the customer care and ask for a proper solution they says 'We will contact you with in an hour'. There is no response from them. This is not the first time I'm getting such a response from them. I had faced the same problem regarding the same recharge of Rs. 27 which I had done on 18/11/2011 at 04:45pm (Transaction ID is[protected].

Please consider this complaint and take necessary action.
