[Resolved] Airtel — Overbilling and fraudary | |||
Dear sir, We switched our Airtel Landline service of number [protected] ang got a new ip-tv connection of Same company i.e aritel by a new number [protected] in November. We requested them to retain the old number till december because of my sister's marriage. We paid the amount for the requested time period. But we got calls asking for bills dated till January first we resisted then we paid rs 1688 against the payment of rs 2511. They took away our Handset and modem and told us that they will return our security money . WE HAVE A RECIEPT STATING FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT .But we still recieve calls regarding our outstanding balance and they have refused to pay our security money in respect of handset and Modem.Hoping for a quick action.
