[Resolved]  Airtel — NOT GETTING THE CHANEL IN NORMAL VIEW

Dear Sir,
Am an airtel dth subscriber from last four years. Iam paying for them to view my all channels which in my pack. But they not provided a normal selection for DD MALAYALAM. When i want to view it i have to go for red button and then select the channel and it will open the it tv then it comes in a small screen of view not in full screen. I complaint to airtel more than four times by phone and by mail. But yet they not clear the problem and not even trying to solve the problem. So please take this as my complaint and do needful for me

Airtel — problem is not clear

My airtel mobile number is +91-[protected].Airtel company activate any service without my order or not asking me and custember call center no 121and complaint no 198 is not connected after pressing '9' key from 2month.Please give the action.

not resolved my problem and it is the same as before. and sorry for the delay for my reply coz i was out of station please rectify my problem i dont like to see a channel through itv service
