[Resolved] Airtel — Not have benefit of e-recharge 38 INR | |||
Dear, I have e-recharge of 38 INR on 12 May at 11 am. As per your plan 1.2paise/2sec Airtel to Other and 1.2paisa/3sec Airtel to Airtel, but still after two days i don't receive any benefit of this plan.i am charging as normal 1.2/sec. i have loge the telephonic complain (Reference no.is CWRCH[protected], registered on 13-may-2013 15:32),they commitment it will resole the issue but still i am suffering the the problem. i have almost 70 INR in 2 days, Please resolve the issue and reimbursement the my detected amount.
