Airtel — Not updation of 3 g pack in system and slow speed | |||
OSir , I activated 3g service on 9 june . I activated pack of rs 99 for 300 mb data . But from the first day the internet could not be used so i called up customer care And they made my internet work but i get 2g speed of 10-12 kbps . I registered complaints many times About the slow speed but there was no response from the airtel company and i am still getting 2g speed while i payed for 3g service . I want a refund of my 3g plan amount of 99 rupees . Its not my fault that the info of 3g package didnt updated on your system . Nitish kaushik [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
