[Resolved] Airtel — Online transaction failed. Money deducted and never credited back !! | |
I recharged for 28 (Airtel 3g pack) in airtel website on 16th of Aug. It failed and money was deducted. When i called customer care they said it will be credited back to the account in 4 days. I thought the problem was temporary and i recharged for 28 again on 19th of august. It failed again. I thought the issue was only with 28 pack and since i was very much out of balance, I recharged for full talktime 200 and it still failed. I got one genuine question for airtel. WHY THE HELL YOU MAINTAIN AN ONLINE RECHARGING WEBSITE WHEN ITS SOLE PURPOSE IS TO STEAL MONEY ? Below are the transaction ids for which money was deducted. 727703 - INR 28 117396 - INR 28 117825 - INR 200 A total of Rs. 256 has to be credited back to my account. Better do it asap you thieves. I'm already frustrated to the core and dont test my patience. WHY THE HECK DO YOU DISPLAY MAKE ANOTHER TRANSACTION BUTTON IN THE FAILED TRANSACTION PAGE ? To steal more and more money ? Such a pathetic and unreliable network you are. It was with so much urgency i tried to activate the 3g pack and it failed pathetically. I ran out of balance and wanted to desperately recharge my account and it failed. Keep money first and customers next and thats how you guys grow up in this corrupted country. Money minded creeps.
