[Resolved] Airtel — OVER BILLING WITHOUT INFORMATION | |||
I gave one old model of mobile to my son. Recently we changed the model to HTC one. Immediately after changing the instrument,the internet got activiated. We presume that it would be @ Rs. 100/- per month. However in 2 days and 19 hours the bill shoot up to 1500/- and with penelty and taxes they are demaning Rs 1700/- from me. I have registed complaints to nodal officers and have been told that about six month back one scheme was activated that was free for some time and later on charges are applicable. We have been never explained about the scheme. Simple internet charges at this rate is just not acceptable. I am a regulsr bill payer and they are behing me for the bills - pending as per them Was this information helpful? | |||
