HI.THIS IS WITH REGARDS FOR OVERCHARGING OF MY PREPAID NUMBER..
MY AIRTEL NUMBER, WITH A PREPAID PLAN OF LIFETIME.WITH THE CALL RATES OF 1paise per sec..
BUT AS OF NOW ITS BEEN CHARGED 1RS. PER MIN..OR MORE THAN THAT...
INFACT WHEN I CALLED ON 4TH MAY I WAS BEEN CHARGED RS44 FOR 30 MINS..
MAY I KNOW THE REASON FOR THE OVERCHARGING...AFTER TRYING CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE (121)AS USUAL
NOTHING WORKED, AS THE STAFF ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE CALL AFTER HEARING THE QUERY..CALL DROP TRICKS...
THIS IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE I BELIEVE WHICH IS BECOME VERY BAD TO VERSE..NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS..
AIRTEL EVEN CAN CALL BACK US TO SEE WHATS IS THE PROBLEM..
PLEASE COULD YOU SEE INTO THIS MATTER, AS ITS CHEATING ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMERS.AND WOULD CLAIM FOR A
REFUND..

From the date of 12 august there is problem in my sim. i have complaint but i did not get repose When i call the money charges is much. On the date 27 the balance was 72 and i call local then the balance become 49 then again i call local it become 31. At the last again i call local mobile then it become .97

My Mobile no is [protected]. Yesterday[protected] and today[protected] Outgoing calls charged Rs.1/- per minute to airtel network. My plan is per second billing. I don't know what happened to Airtel.
