After failing to get the VOV Subscription Services deactivated thro Customer Cares (twice) and from local representative I had no option but to bring the mobile balance to less than Rs 5 as aroud Rs 150 had already been deducted on 2nd Oct'2011. Now I am lookinfg ffor alternate servise prover as I have faced the problem o[censored]nwanted deductions in past

In response to the information I wish to inform that around Rs 45 was topped up in my Prepaid connection [protected]. However, deduction of Rs 5/- is being continued till date. In view of this I have already opted for mobile transportability on 8th Oct’11

hi...i m biswanath, my mobile no. is [protected].i ve been faceing the same problem with this VOV service.i ve already tried with calling customer care several times.i dont understand, why a company like airtel is taking such unscrupulous means of making money.why they just dont stop this kind o[censored]nwanted service which is cutting the pocket of the customer.
i ve already lost more than 250 bucks just for nothing, all credit goes to airtel VOV service.
now i m planning to follow mr. kaushal and will go for MNP.
but if this continues with other customers also, i guess mr. mittal will definitely loose some market share.
