[Resolved]  Airtel — Pilferage Charge from my mobile number

My Airtel mobile number is[protected]. Day before yesterday i received a message that " AT - AIRINF Thank you for choosing Job Alerts" and " You have been charged Rs. 1.5 for 1 day" . But I didn’t subscribe any Job Alert and immediately contact to Airtel Customer care executive Ms. Sarojini. She assured that to credit the amount. After I received a msg. that “your amount is credited to your account”.
Yesterday and today again they charged Rs.1.5 for the same.I keep getting message from AT - AIRINF
I don’t know how it was happened without any subscription how they deduct the amount from my number. Its a kind of pilferage. The Airtel company always making harm to the customer. If the same will be continued i will switch over to some other mobile company.
