[Resolved] Airtel — Customer care simply transfer the call to supervisor, and the call is not answered | |||
Hi, I am jayapragash, Using AIRTEL for the past 6 years. Many times I spoke to the AIRTEL customer care for different issues, none of the time they solved my problem. If I keep-on call them until my problem get resolved, They will say that they are going to transfer to supervisor, but the phone will ring and no one will pick up the call. If you keep on try, they will block your number where in your call wont be routed to the customer care executives. For the past 15 days my GPRS get disconnects and connects more than 25 times a minute. So i receive the balance message for each disconnects. Because of this my mobile screen will be of massages only, If anyone calls me I couldn't identify the name because the messages will hide the caller's name. In this regards, I spoke to customer care executives, but i am helpless. Same thing happened which i have mentioned in the above few lines. If action is not initiated, I have all the recording which I spoke to the customer care executive, I will publish those things in media, internet-u tube, news papers under a suitable name.
