Airtel — Poor 3G service & Worst Customer Care | |||
Mobile number : [protected] Complaint number : C3GSP [protected] Amount loss/claim: Rs 255/- I activated the airtel 3g 1gb pack on 31,July,2012. And the service was good for the first 15 days. The problems started after 15 days after the activation. I was getting browsing speeds of 0kbps - 5kbps, which is worse than 2G. I called the airtel customer care to troubleshoot the problem and shockingly their solution was to restart the phone, which ofcourse didn't work. When I tried to call them back I was shocked to see that my number was blocked by them. Whenever I tried to reach them my call was disconnected. And the problem is not solved till date and my monthly validity has expired. Sir it is my humble request that you look in to this matter and hope you deliver justice to me. Airtel — Worst Poor Bad customercare
Airtel is doing poor customer care service. They are not like to go with good business and they need only big turn of business.
