Airtel — Poor Broadband Connection Service and poor management

Hello,

The services of airtel have become terrible. I ordered for new broadband conection. And my number was distributed to I don't know how many agents. I received calls from atleast 10 agents (they call themselves partner of airtel and claims that they are directly from the airtel office) everyday. One of them came to my office( I checked his Airtel ID card) I gave them documents (he charged Rs 100 also for that) and he commited that I will get the connection In 2 days because that was my only concern. No connction was done within a week and I talked to that agent and his manager and finally asked them to cancel my order. Now after 10 days, he is calling me again and again that my connection is ready to get installed.

Now I don't want this connection. I will take connection from some other provider. So just do anything so that I can get rid of this pathetic network provider Airtel, who don't value the time and concerns of their customer.
