Airtel — Poor customer service from past 2 years | |||
Airtel Account number :[protected]. Poor customer service including floor managers, supervisors, nodal as well as appellate officers. I have given a complain regarding indoor network coverage issue 5-6 times in a year but no one bother to take action against it. Every time daily 4-5 people from airtel gives a call and ask for the details but no one solve the issue and then they close the issue. When asked whom to comaplin if these people are not working properly, they say we will forward your complaint to the concern department. I do not know how airtel claim themselves as the best service provider. I think they need to put a check on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
