Airtel — Poor Quality and Service | |||
I have applied for Multiple(3) connection for my home and my Customer Id is [protected]. I have one HD and rest two are SD connections. I have got Economy Pack free with them. I'm facing major problem with blocked channels. All my News and Kids section channels are blocked only in my primary connection(Which is HD one). When I ask for the reason in customer care, they tell me that these channels are not subscribed by you and not in your pack whereas the same channels are coming in my second and third connection. Once they know this situation then they start the channels on my primary connections but after passing few minutes, again those channels get blocked. I have called so many times in customer care and they are unable to solve my problem and just keep on putting me on hold for hours. Another issue is with picture quality which is lower then a VCD quality. Blocks and scattered pixels on all channels which even admitted by the engineer who come for installation and one who come after to solve the problem. but both of them have same wordings that, this is the maximum quality which Airtel provides.
