Airtel — Poor service and uninformed rate hike | |||
I am using Airtel fixed line service for our company and there was a 25 days disconnection for this phone. Since there was no least tariff for this service i continued with the minimum amount which was 599 + tax + .... (650 pm) I ordered for a disconnection of this service and the retention department convinced me to give a 499 rupees plan and now all of the sudden just in a day time now they are sending a mail saying my tariff is revised to 799, How this can be a customer service when they are not taking any concern in service and just increase the tariff ?
