Airtel — Poor Service & Lake of service response | |||
Hello Sir, I have activated 2rs/20MB plan on my airtel mobile no [protected]. This plan auto renewable so everyday cut 2 rs from my mobile. But, already activation of plan airtel cut surfing balance from my main account. then I have to call at airtel customer care. This thing happen with me 3 times and after calling costumer care they will refund me. But everyday happen this thing I have to waste my money costumer care more than 10 rs. I will called nodal officer they not help me. because server down whenever call give me reason I think airtel should shutdown the airtel mobile service because they cant help customer and every call they charged customer and get money from customer.
