Airtel — post paid bill is 2 times more than credit limit and automatically changed 2g plan to 1 gb without informing | |||
I have figured out two reason for my billing issue. 1. Credit limit is Rs.500 and bill amount is two times more than the credit limit. 2. My data plan is 2GB limit for Rs.98 rental per billing cycle. Wrong plan has applied for my number without my knowledge . every month i used to get around Rs.350 to 400. due to above two reasons, my bill amount become Rs.1500. without my knowledge my dataplan reduced from 2GB to 1GB. my usage was 1.1GB. as per airtel i have exceed 100MB more so i have to pay around Rs.1200 more. i have complaint and there was no satisfactory resolution. every customer care excutive offering discount for 250, 300 and 500.
