[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — After requesting Disconnect, still charging and asking to pay | |||
Hi, Currently I am from out side of INDIA, I had a post paid mobile connection [protected]. We have requested disconnecting my mobile number on 9th Feb 2010, but still they are charging me for the mobile connection and trying to force me to pay the amount. After sending repeating mail for the issue to look , they are not looking into this. I have even proof of disconnect request signed by airtel customer care. Please take a action on it. and help me.
