[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — Refund of Deposit amount and documents is not done

Hi,

I applied for Airtel Postpaid corporate connection and also paid 300Rs as Deposit amount, After applying they asked for some more documentation since i wanted it soon..i asked them cancel connection as i decided to go for a Prepaid connection and asked back the deposit amount and documentation back..Its over 2 weeks i have not recieved any of things...They wont receive the call at all....

The persons involved in these are totally nonprofessional people, They are ANIL ([protected]) and Hemanth ([protected]). These two are Cheaters............
If they by chance receive the call they will tell its not them...though they are the same people....

AIRTEL SUCKS by these people......

The best way to get refund from Airtel stupid fellows is to not to pay the last 2 payments...
They will disconnect the service if we don't pay the bill ...

Airtel Postpaid — Deposit refund

Airtel received deposit of Rs. 500 at the time of new enrolement. I converted Post paid connection to prepaid connection by paying all the billed and unbilled amount while enroling to prepaid and we have submitted the necessary docs to airtel dealer. Airtel is sending a bill of Rs. 100 evenafter paid all dues properly. In this connection i have spoke to airtel customer care but they are not giving proper responses instead they are making confusion otherwise they never tern back any return answer or solution.
Dealer have not sent enrolement form with proof of documents to the airtel head office properly when informing to airtel customercare they are also not taking any responsible actions on this ever we are explaining the problem to many people in the customer care there is no followups. Airtel nowadays do not care for its customers.

I HAVE GIVEN REQUEST FOR DEACTIVATION OF MY AIRTEL POSTPAID SERIVICE IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER 07 AFTER SETTLEMENT OF FINAL BILL, BUT STIILL THEY WERE UNABLE TO DEACTIVATE, AGAIN I HAVE GIVEN REQUEST FINALY THEY DID IN THE MONTH OF MARCH,
BUT STILL I DIDNOT GIVEN REFUND, I HAVE ALREADY INFORMED REGARDING MY ADDRESS I WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE IN THAT ADDRESS THEY SAID HE WILL GET THE REFUND CHQ TO THEIR OFFICE IN THE MONTH OF APRIL/MAY.BUT STILL I DIDNOT GET,
I M FEDUP WITH THIS SERVICE
AGIAN I CONTACTED CALLCENTER THE ARE TELLING IT TAKE 45 WORKING DAYS.

Airtel Postpaid Connection — Depsoit Not refunded

I Have cenclled my mobile no [protected] on 26th of December 2008 and still have not received my security deposit. I try their customer care service no 'n' no of time but no action has been taken and only promises has been made which they have no fulfilled.

The compnay is also not bother about TRAI regulation also. They have already missed the deadline of TRAI complinace of refunding the Deposit.

I hold almost more 10 connections of airtel including my family members and me.I have had a relationship of six years with airtel but never had such a horrible experience through my service period.For one on my connections I was promised that my deposit amount will be adjusted against my bill after 5 months based on my credit history.After almost 10 months o[censored]sage and I called up customer service and then commited me that it will done within 2-3 business days and I will be able to see it in next billing statement.I waited for 3 days but nothing happened and then I called up customer care again and spoke with one of the managers over there regarding this.she said she will take care of it personally and will get it adjusted within a week.once again I waited for another week however during that week I got a call from Airtel's some department wherein an executive called me and said that it will not be done.When asked him the reason he said it will be done only when you close your number and then mentioned him that it was promised to me by everybody in airtel right from day one.I could hear his manager from back ground who was using an abusive language and pressurising the guy to tell me that it will not be done rudly.the guy did the same and then hung up on me.I was very depressed and then tried to inform about it to one of the managers in the escalation departement at airtel.The person who took my call promised again after apologizing that she will take care of it and will get back to me after its done within a week.I also informed her that it was done for my other accounts as well.After week once again I had to call them up and let them know its still not resolved but it took almost 3 days for me to reach them as they disabled my numbers to reach the customer service because each and everytime I would enter an option in the ivr to reach them it will not pass and rather disconnect me saying you have not entered any option and exceeded the maximum number of tries.This made me really angry as this behaviour was not expected from a company like airtel.I landed up speaking with another manager who in reply said it will not be done and that call went on for almost 4 hours whering finally she huung up on me.finally with having no other options I made the payment however others will be surprised to know that I started getting calls from airtel to make the payment even though I made the payment.Please let me know where should I go and express my grievance for this as nobody is ready to help me and also the airtel has started harrasing me mentally. If anybody from airtel is listening to me or reading this I just want to convey if this continues than the day is not far when I will litreally go to an asylum because of this harrasment.
