[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — irresposibility towards customers | |
dear sir, I had changed my airtel pre paid connection to post paid last three months back. but it was disconnected after three days of my activation saying that our address verfication officer quoted that your door was locked.when i met your office they told me to pay another extra Rs.300 we will give you connection in new sim card by that time i have already paid Rs.700 for that connection but till now the connection was not activated to me. if call the team leader in evenning he says it will be activated by the next morning, if i call in morning he says it will be activated by evening.one month past by this way.please consider my problem serious because i am customer of airtel sine from last four years so i need my mobile no. back either in pre paid or post paid mode.kindly consider my request and see that i problem was rectified. my mobile no.[protected] airtel office: charith communications, kurnool, andra pradesh. post paid officer : suresh garu Was this information helpful? | |
