[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — Bill Plan change without my knowledge | |
Hi, My bill plan is changes without my knowledge, and no information was given to me about the plan. Due to this change in bill plan my bill increased to almost 4 times. I raised a complaint with airtel in which I mentioned I will not be paying my bill until my bill is recalculated. I was regularly following up with them. The issue is not solved yet. I today they have in activated my sim. I am not able to get any Incoming and outgoing calls. Please let me know the procedures to log a complaint against Airtel. Thanks & Regards, Rama Devi P. Airtel — change of plan without the knowledge
the 499 plan with unlimited services have been changed to 899 plan without my knowledge & this complaint has sent already & there is no response from your side.If this plan is not changed I do want your services & please disconnect.So that I can change my broadband services.
