Airtel Postpaid — Unauthorized Bill charges | |
TThis is really painfull that Airtel is cheating there customers.I am facing the bill problem from last year. When was paying my bill without any query & question then everything was ok, but when I stopped paying the unauthorised bill & I raised issue with Customer care, they started questing & threating me. And because of bad services and threaten I switch over to some other network. I took an Airtel postpaid connection number [protected]. Which I took in the month of April 2007 and my account activated on 07/04/2008. I choosed 444 plan, however I make change in my bill plan in Dec, 08 (which is one year monthly rental 998). I confirm with a Coustomer care excecutive for STD charge she confirmed that the charges will be 1 Rs per mint. However after the bill plan change within a week the call charges was so high so i called up Customer care once agsin. They again confirm me the same charges (which was as per them 1 Rs per mint), They said now we are charging 1.5 Rs per mint however when bill will genrated the charges will be 1 Rs per mint. The same information the communicated to me trice. Then I check my pervious bills in which unauthorized charge were taken. In value add services I only requested to activate Hello tune & Call Manager but I dont understand what all extra charges (311 Rs) were added to in my bill.I checked my all old bills and the same unauthorizied charges were taken by AIRTEL. I am really very disturb and mentaly harised by Airtel. Today (08/05/09) they came to my house without informing me.Because of so many calls from them I am facing some health issues.
