[Resolved] Airtel - Postpaid — Non Receiving of bill hard copy/e -bill
I am subscriber of Airtel Post paid from last 3-4 months. Since I have started using post paid, i am not receiving hard copy of bill eiether by courier or normal post. Further on registering for several times for E- bill again i m not receiving any copy of bill via email. Airtel executives keeps calling for payment of bill several times in one day only. After explaining all things also neither my problem gets solved nor they take the matter seriously. Last month i paid without receipt of bill. No one is taking responsibility for providing me bill in time.
