[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — mentally harrasment by airtel

sir,
Most humbly I would like to inform you that i was the Coustmer of airtel postpaid connection. I gave my application in their branch office for the disconnection of my postpaid number [protected] with clearing all my dues from airtel at velocity coustmer care centre for airtel (Rehari).They give me receipt and they said me that within a week my phone will be get disconnected and after i get a call from their costumer care office after a week on my another prepaid number that my postpaid number has been disconnected regarding my application and they ask me about the reason that why i want to disconnect the sim i also give them the reason for the disconnection. Then after few days they again gave me call on prepaid number that my number has been disconnected. I have all the receipts of my disconnection and my bill with me. Now they are sending me bill again and again every month they are mentally harrassing me , they are sending their representative at my home for the recovery of payment which how can i pay and why should pay.In this connection i also forwarded my complain to nodalofficer but there was not any response from their side. copy of that complaint is also attached below:-

I was having airtel postpaid number [protected] and i have given an application in your airtel coustmer care centre rehari (velocity) to disconnect my number on 18 of may and i also cleared my balance on that day and they gave me receipt and said that my number will be disconnected within week time approx. and i they said me to give me alternate number so that they an ask me for the eason of disconnecting my number then i gave them my prepaid number which is [protected] and they didn't take my sim they ignore to take sim. And after one week i get call from your coustmer care executive for query and then they again called me and they said that my number was disconnnected and i through my sim some were . and now after one month i get bill of 462 Rs. from ur airtel office . as i have already cleared my balance and taken my security deposit back from velocity. now tell me whts the matter why i will give this bill. i am not going to pay this bill . And when i again reached to velocity centre and asked your executive about the matter and she said we will see the matter and call you. Now three days have been passed and i didn't get any response from your velocity center and the madam was also misbeheaving with me and she asked me that we will not call you. You have to come here because we hAve not enough time to waste on you we are not your servants.
So please look into this matter personly otherwise i will go to consumer code and complain against your executive and your company for harrasing me .
