Airtel Postpaid — Harassing nature of airtel customer care

In continuation of the posts of 4/10 and 6/10, the problem of not being able to contact customer care still lies unresolved. They have not cared to resolve the problem and have closed the case without resolving the problem nor have they written any mail since long.
Now elevating the case to Gujarat nodal officer.Copy of mail written to them is as follows:
Dear Sir,
With regret to tell that have complained since two weeks that unable
to contact 121/12118 while in roaming. Getting error`service not available due to technical error.` Have given alternate contact numbers
but no one has cared to resolve the problem. Only doing formality-time pass.The cases are closed without any resolution provided. Moreover the executives are harassing the customer by writing non-sensensical things and asking same info again and again
which has been provided umpteen number of times.
For your info, this our communication is before the public(in public forum) so that all can see the attittude of airtel executives.
PLEASE RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Hi,
I am Joypreet Singh r/o New Delhi and my airtel number is [protected] and its been almost 10 years that i am using this number and all of the sudden i have come to know that details of my bill have been given by some airtel outlet/ representative to some other person. I have seen my airtel bill in some other person's email. I have contacted airtel and nothing has been done for this. I am told by airtel customer care representative that no representative had leaked my bill details to anyone. I just want to know that what about the bill which i have seen in someone else's email?? And when i have contacted airtel customer care i am told that my account is opened on 27th July 2010 and 11th October 2010 by some rep named Mohit (both the times). I just wanted to inform that i have never contacted airtel neither on 27th July 2010 and 11th October 2010. This clearly indicated that some rep named Mohit has opened my account and took out the details and leaked it someone. Airtel has not taken any step regarding the same now i would like to go for some serious legal actions regarding the same as because of this i am facing lots of problems in person as well as in business. I have also launched a complaint with airtel bearing the complaint number[protected].
I hope ill get a positive and quick response through you people.
