Airtel Postpaid — False SMS from 54321 stating about using some service and deducting money. | |
Airtel is sending false SMes from 54321 stating that "Thanks for downloading ...." and "You have been charged Rs. ...". In November month i got these SMSs and complaint to customer care, they said now we can't do anything, please wait for bill generation. In Bill also i was charged around Rs. 400 for such SMSes. Then i complaint again, they said they will investigate and after investigating again they said these download were from your mobile only. Even though my mobile is used single handedly by me, there was no such download was made. [Req Nos[protected],[protected]] Now, in december again i started getting these SMSes. I am waiting for universal no scheme to come back so that i can switch from fake Airtel. Even though i am customer from 5 years they dont listen. Was this information helpful? | |

airtel / postpaid connection — Airtel Fake & Fraud information
I got a call from Airtel saying you are offered an additional Add-on card where your ineternal calling will be 10 Paise. I told them that i already have one Add-on card on the primary number, but still they offered me one more card.His representative came to my place gave me the card & collected Rs.500 as security deposit.
After i got my mobile bill, the calls were charged at 50 paise instead of 10 paise.
I called to customer care and they accepted that they had cheated.
I spent a total of Rs 3000 on mobile phone for these fraud new connection.
Now these people are deniying to repay me my spent amount because of their mistake.
Please help me as i m an ordinary man & Rs 3000 means a lot to me.
Airtel is making money by just fooling poeple & then not repaying them back.
I called customer care but no one is giving me proper feedback.
