HI I m ur client using post-paid connection during last two months and I did not yet recieve any bill1 I did request many times to ur cust care executive to send atleast psysical copy to my billing address. but all the time ur executive said that my billing address is not proper. but today ( date 18/08/08) when talked to one o[censored]r executive named suneel that I have paid 1010 rs of total bill and will pay rest amount with in 4 hrs but mr suneel said that ur out going will not open till than u will not pay 2500 rs more. I was socked to listen that sentence that bill of rs 2300 hundered only and i how I have to pay rs 2500 and already I have paid 1010 rs than how i have to pay such amt. when I told mr Suneel to transfer this line to ur floor manager he denied to do so. and said what ever u want to do u can do.Is this way to talk to ur client. I need explanation that what u r taking action against mr Suneel that excutive who let down a image of airtel. I[censored]r not able to give explanation then I will take this case to the court.
