i am useing airtel postpaid no [protected] since from last year
bt due to some personal problem i want swicth this no from post to
pre for the i had given request to artel office on 12/1/13 bt till date
the doesent solve my problem.. so kindly doneed full to solve it

Airtel Postpaid — improper discount

my airtel no is[protected] . i have received bill through email bill no[protected] . in this bill there is improper discount in gsm and airtel calls. totalabout 595 calls done and discount is 500 so only 95 calls @ 50 p extra chages are 42.5 rs but about 100 rs extra charges are included in the bill plz clear it
