[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — SURRENDER OF POSTPAID CONNECTION

For some reasons I have started to doubt the bill amounts of my AIRTEL POSTPAID connection. Hence I want to surrender my POST PAID connection. I have send so many mails to customer care of AIRTEL asking them the process of surrendering. But they are not assisting me. I need your support in this case.
