Airtel/Postpaid Mobile Bill — Unauthorized STD Rates

My No is [protected]. I have taken a plan for two years for Rs 1495 as Zero rental. At that time they told me that in my connetions no rent will be charged...only clip charges of Rs 50/- alongwith some taxes will be charged. Also charges for local phones will be .50 paisa per min and 1 rupee will be charged for STD for one min. Only after ten days of getting the connetcion i have recived a bill for an amount of 396/- for ten days. I am shocked to see that.

What shuld i do?

I haven't got a single mobile bill since the day of taking the connection. I asked your representative at Airtel gallery about the same but still nothing has been done. please send me the bill on my mailing address as well as my email id.
