[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid Mobile — Faulty Billing | |||
I have many corporate nos. From airtel and geting faulty billing in some nos. like cug charged by one rs per min. Rentel also charged double accordingly i complaint to airtel and also get responce call many times that problem will resolve witin 24hrs and one call inform me to resolve issue in 48 hrs further due to wrong billing i stoped payment for bills and now get call of Rahul from airtel and when i talked with ref. of bill no of wrong bills this fact also clear to airtel and he inform me that call me again on 8th of apr at 10.30 with proper solution but i not get call again as agreed. At total of this i get loss heavily as all nos. Are with marketing boys and all are disconnected by airtel even my complaint registered. Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel — Mobile connection postpaid discontinued yet billed
I had discontinued the services w r t the mobile no [protected] in February 2009 after visiting your city centre outlet personally in kolkata.However find bills have continued to come in March and April also paid up erroneously by me. Subsequently on calling up the helpline 121 as instructed on the reverse of the bill on May 16 th I was told that no help could be given on this helpline and that i should dial [protected]. On dialling I was put on hold without even someone enquiring into my complaint for over 45 mins. I had to dial again and finally managed to contact with Suman at 6.10 p m and after hearing out he said that he did not know how i could get back my refund for the bills paid which were raised against me after submitting my request for discontinuance.However that he would resolve the issue by May 27 2009 11 hours.
I am still waiting for the same to be resolved and have been once again been billed for the same in June vide Bill no 51030906.
I see no resolution until I write to trai and am therefore forwarding this complaint to them.
