[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — Mobile Service | |||
Hi, I have a Post Paid Connection ([protected]) from Airtel & have requested so many time to terminate the services & billing to the customer care thru phone calls & e-mail, but every time a new representative call on my alternate no. & create a new story from last two months. Last call was a gentle request from Airtel representative to restore the service on behalf of waving off all the dues but again all the promises from Airtel guys are failed & current bill is showing all the dues which is already waved off by verbal commitment from them.
