[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — Non activation of Post Paid connection | |||
Dear Sir, I would like to inform you about the pathetic service by Airtel and one of it's relationship center in Bangalore.. I had submitted application for re-activation of my postpaid connection on 4th of November 2012. The Airtel outlet person (Mr. Yogesh) promised that it would be activated within 24 hours and collected the required documents along with Rs 500. Till date the connection hasn't been activated. I have contacted the relationship center person four times till now, every time he promises to get the connection activated within 24 to 48 hrs and gives lame excuses for not getting the job done. I have written the issue to the nodal officer as well, even they haven't sorted out the issue. I am fed up of their tardy and un-professional service, I kindly request you to look into this asap. Still the issue hasn't been resolved, can you please specify when exactly the connection will be activated. If this can't be done kindly refund the amount charged by your representatives.
