Airtel Postpaid Online Service — Poor Online facility with Airtel | |
I've been facing serious issue with poor quality of Online portal service and the Customer Support. The Web page is most of the times down and malfunctioning. At times, it's too irritating to login, as it never logs and always prompt for the personal details even if you provide it hundred times. My concerns have never been addressed! My name is somasundaram from tirupur i bought a new airtel postpaid sim on 30.04.12 at tirupur airtel outlet my number was [protected] but its not activated yet. when i put a sim card into my phone the message displays sim card registeration failed. i had more times talk to the airtel outlet for this problem but no response from that side kindly solve my problems and activate my sim card
Halo sir my name is Arjun, iam frm kanyakumari district Tamil Nadu, i have a complaint, some one used my id proof and taken one airtel postpaid connection, in any karnataka sim shop or postpaid shop they wont accept tamil nadu id proof, they need local id, but in my case they took my id from that wrong guy, now the postpaid customer service people forcing to pay the bill, so u (adminstration) need take severe action against that guy or else iam going to file a complaint against airtel
