[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Services — network coverage & call charges

Dear Representative

I am regular airtel user since 2004. Now I am in Nashik since past two years.
Here in nasik the network provision of airtel is very poor. In the areas of basement and the flats away from road facec very much problem. We always get prblem while conecting to some one.

Also the call trips frequently.While we complaint to the srvice provider they says we will wrk out & the prblem gets slved for 2-3 days and after againg the problem restores to its original position.

We had many interactions but there is no effective action taken regarding the issues.
I am using Mahindra Corporate Plan & all the users @ more than 1000 facing same problem and the service provider is not taking any kind of action.

I am using Airtel corporate connection of M&M. We are having a problem in receiving the signal in Mahindra & Mahindra R&D, Plant-1 Nasik.

Most of the time the phone is showing emergency mode, if it shows signals also we are not able to connect.

Due to this we are facing lot of problem and displeasure.

As in below mail the problem has been taken to costumer care and area office many times.
But still we have not observed any corrective action in this regard.

AND Another one complaint is regarding the charges for CUG user.
Airtel is renting Rs.199 & call charges are also 40 paise to local mobile, 80 paise for landline & 1.25 Rs for STD.
While the competetor is offering same @ 150 Rs Rental, 30 paise local mobile, landline 50 pasie & std @ 1p/sec.

Please look into this.

AirTel — regarding network problem and call cost

mostly my number shows switch off or not available or wrong number.
why is it so?
also sometimes the call rates are more than expections in happy hours. i am totally in problem due to airtel.

Airtel — lack of nework and poor services

Sir,
It's been great to know that you people are going your business and have reduced your calling rates recently.(It is really appreciable)
But the way you people have changed now, which is really pathetic your customer care representatives are so cheap in terms of behavior that they even don't know how to talk to a customer .
After complaining about 10 times about the poor network in my locality there has been no response, not even a single movement.
Is this the way you serve your customers that they should take your each and every wrong behavior for granted.
Are you people making fools out o[censored]s with this sort serving?
Really it is creating number of doubts in my mind about your services and most importantly status of your company.
And please don't give us excuses that there is no place to install tower in my locality, we even have a space of 2500 sq ft on the roof to install the tower.
I can you the time of 7 days to look into the matter or else next letter will be more strict then this one.

Airtel — RE:RE: PROBLEMS FACED BY AIRTEL AND THEIR SERVICES

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had got my pre- connection activated in the year January 2008 this card was purchased from Rahul Enterprises & a VIP No:[protected] was given for which the payment was settled in cash. After a month M/s Frontline Sales called up & suggested me the plan (Bonanza Plan-199) for which I had agreed & according to them submitted my documents along with the sim-card to the office to change it from pre- to post-, plus paid the activation charges, & not just for 3 to 4 days o[censored]sage, my post-paid connection was terminated without even intimating me or giving me any prior notice.

On asking them I came to know that one of the Airtel company owner was holding the number & all the database records which got later replaced & also the plan was converted back to pre- from post- # . But to you understanding I have the original bill copy from the Airtel Company where it states that I was the legal owner of that number & also address given to them.

For this I feel it’s totally illegal, that the big company like Airtel can do such a blunder with there customer …. Please sir, I need the justice. As Customer I won’t bear the loss it’s not my fault? It’s been more than 3 years I haven’t got any justice so please help me out & solve the matter as soon as possible.

I am looking forward to the positive reply. Hope would get the justice soon.
